RCP2 Robo Gripper:
The motorised chuck with a built-in encoder is housed in
a compact body equivalent to the size of an air chuck. The
maximum gripping force is 80N, approximately three times
the gripping force generated by a conventional motorised
chuck (GRM type).
The gripping force is easily adjusted. Simply change the
data value (push force) setting in the controller. This
easy adjustment function lets you protect a fragile load
from the damage during transfer by instantly reducing the
gripping force.
RCP2 Rotary Actuator:
The motirised rotary actuator, featuring a built-in encoder,
comes in a compact body equivalent to the size of an air
rotary actuator.
A maximum of 64 positioning points can be set within 330degree.
Given the remarkably high accuracy with which the stop position
is repeated (+/-0.01 deg), the unit is suitable for applications
requiring extremely precise rotary action.
The rotating speed and acceleration rate are easily altered.
Simply change the setting to the desired value. By reducing
the acceleration rate, you can virtually elimiate the shock
upon stopping and prevent the load from overshooting.
If you plan to upgrade to the new RCP2, there are certain
changes in dimensions and controller specifications wich
you will need to be aware of.
