solvent free adhesives which cure upon exposure to Ultra Violet
light has gained great popuparity with the manufacturers of
medical products. Vitralit medical grade adhesives allow manufacturers
to gain all of these advantages.
Vitralit medical grade adhesives are formulated to cure fast,
some curing to a tack free surface in less than a second.
Vitralit medical grade adhesives are avaible with fluorescing
agents to allow for easy visual or automated inspection.
Vitralit medical grade adhesives are avaible in viscosities
from water ike to thixotropic gels which allow manufacturers
to match the needed viscosity with their process.
Vitralit medical grade adhesives are all one part, solvent free
adhesives which have to meet the requirements for USP Class
VI designation (at temp. extraction of 70º C for 24 hours)
Bonds prepared with Vitralit medical grade adhesives are strong,
destructive testing often results in substrate failure, not
bond failure.
Vitralit medical grade adhesives do not contain materials such
as acrylic acid or NVP (N-vinyl-2-pyrolidone)
